A professional dancer and choreographer by training, Grant has more than 15 years of dance and fitness experience. She is a master of various genres—including tap, jazz, hip-hop, Hawaiian, Tahitian and musical theatre—and a former dancer/choreographer for the NBA’s Sacramento Kings and Portland Trail Blazers.
